Annmarie Grimaldi-Sieber has spent over 25 years supporting, educating, and advocating for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She worked 17+ years in the California Regional Center system, including six years as District Manager of Community Resources at the San Andreas Regional Center (SARC), where she oversaw service delivery and helped ensure HCBS Final Rule compliance and person-centered planning and thinking within the service provider community. She understands the needs and challenges experienced by individuals living in the community. For ten years she has provided person-centered and HCBS compliance training to regional center staff, service providers, people served, and families. Annmarie holds a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling and Education and is a Certified Trainer through The Learning Community for Person-Centered Practices. She is passionate about teaching in a supportive, engaging environment.
